THE PROBLEM

& The Solution

Did you know that one million species face extinction in our lifetimes? The number one reason is habitat loss. But all is not lost. There is a solution that can change the fate of our planet’s diminishing biodiversity: protecting and enlarging wild spaces in areas rich with biodiversity. But if we’re going to be successful, we must act now. The race is on to save what’s left.

WE CARE ABOUT ELEPHANTS

but we care about butterflies and termites too.

We cannot save elephants without saving termites. We cannot save pangolins without saving ants. And we cannot save any of them without saving wild areas from destruction. Everything within an ecosystem is connected in marvelously complex ways. They all need a safe place to call home.

We continue to protect, restore and re-wild our Ukuwela Nature Reserve.

SAVING HABITAT

The challenge of our lifetimes. Let’s do it together.

We are the generations that can change the fate of our planet’s diminishing biodiversity. Our achievements in protecting wild spaces in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa is proof that it is possible. Thousands of people have supported the project - acre by acre. Together we can ensure there is a wild tomorrow. Join us.

Our second land acquisition called the Mfuleni Nature Reserve that provides a new protected area for large numbers of species.
